First year Provincial Midget goaltender Bronson Ammeter stepped into Beausejour entering his first game of the second half with a drive to jump start his team. As the Central Plains Capitals took an early lead in the first period with a powerplay and shorthanded goal, Ammeter went to work in the second as he faced a thunder of shots from the Selects with 13 and then 12 in the 3rd. Stopping 32 for 32 on the night, the Capitals shutout the Eastman Selects 4-0.
