GDI trained netminder Matthew Krahn was named the MJHL Player of the Week. Krahn, who currently sports one of the nicest muzzy's in the MJHL, is one of the most respected veteran goaltenders within the league. The 20-year-old Winnipegger reflected this in his outstanding stats of last week with a stingy 1.20 GAA, while giving up a paltry six goals on 173 shots. It is evident that Krahn thrives on work, playing five games last week, winning four. From his efforts, The Blizzard sit second in the Sher-Wood Division with 14 wins and 32 points after 27 games.
