Moodie Back In Saskatoon
The Saskatoon Blades are pleased to announce the return of goaltender Alex Moodie. The 19-year-old, who the Blades selected in the 5th round (108th overall) of the 2010 Bantam Draft, is returning to the City of Bridges from Spokane. He was dealt there in the off-season for a 4th round conditional draft pick in 2016.
"This worked out well for us. They had two goalies the same age playing well for them, one being their veteran, the other being Alex, so we were able to reacquire Alex. He brings a lot of talent to the table, including experience in this league," says Blades general manager and coach Bob Woods."

“As a freshman, Kasdorf, who is from Winnipeg, did a lot. He had a 14-5-2 record with three shutouts, a 1.39 goals-against average and a .935 save percentage. He helped RPI finish second in the ECAC standings. Then, after two games last season, he hurt his right shoulder in practice, and he was done for the year.”
