Make sure you stay sharp as the new hockey season gets underway. The month of October is starting to fill up for 1v1 sessions at the centre.
We are open from 3:30pm-9:30pm during the week and 10:00am-3:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
To make sure you secure your spots throughout October, we suggest signing up for your 1v1 sessions well in advance!
Pre-Season Power Hours

The In-Season Total GDI Goaltending Academy is designed to support the competitive athlete. With hectic team practice and game schedules in mind, the Academy gives goaltenders the opportunity to train before school hours to help their time management and create a positive environment to succeed at both education and hockey development.

Edmonds Turns In First Star Performance
Ty Edmonds was busy in the Prince George Cougar's home opener for the 2015/2016 WHL season.
Unfortunately, Edmond's heroics were not enough as the Cougars were blanked 2-0. Edmonds stopped 33 of the 34 shots fired his way.
Edmonds was named the game's first star of the game.
Edmonds has been training with GDI for over 6 years through 1v1 lessons and the Total GDI Academy.______________________________________________________________________________________
MJHL Season Underway
Scott Parsons started the new season off on the right foot with the Winnipeg Blues.
Parsons turned aside 29 of 30 shots that the Selkirk Steelers threw at the net. Parsons and the Blues skated to a 6-1 win over the Selkirk Steelers.
Parsons has been training with GDI for many years through 1v1 lessons and GDI Summer Camps.______________________________________________________________________________________
GDI Pre-Season Clinics
GDI was in Beasejour again this past Friday working with Eastman local goalie before school got underway.
GDI was also in attendance for the ssessions with The Rink for the St. Emile hockey academy.
GDI would like to wish all of the goalies that attended the best of luck as they head into the new season.

Brett is the Development Coordinator at GDI and is the current Goaltending Coach of the MBAAA Winnipeg Thrashers.
Brett provides 1v1 instruction at GDI, along with being apart of GDI Regional Development Camps and Clinics throughout the season. He provides a strong technical and psychological perspective on the position, helping each goaltender he instructs reach new heights.
