Make sure you stay sharp this season by attending 1v1 lessons. The month of January is starting to fill up for 1v1 sessions at the centre.
We are open from 3:30pm-9:30pm during the week and 10:00am-2:00pm / 3:00pm-7:00pmSaturdays and 10:00am-3:00pm Sundays.
To make sure you secure your spots throughout January, we suggest signing up for your 1v1 sessions well in advance!

Kubic Shows No Rust After Break
Ryan Kubic showed no signs of rust as the Vancouver Giants kicked off the second half of the season.
Kubic was sharp turning aside 32 shots in a 4-2 win over the Everett Silvertips including 14 saves in opening frame.
So far in December Kubic has posted a 2.05 Gaa with a .930 Sv% to go along with a record of 7-2-1-0.
Kubic has been training with GDI for many years through 1v1 lessons, GDI Summer Camps and the Total GDI Academy.
Verhelst Blanks Thunderbirds
Tyson Verhelst was also sharp in his return after the break.
Verhelst stumped the high flying Thunderbirds making 19 saves in a 3-0 win for the Spokane Chiefs.
Verhelst has been training with GDI for many years through 1v1 lessons and the Total GDI Academy. GDI President Ryan Cyr is also the goaltending coach for the Spoakane Chiefs.______________________________________________________________________________________
GDI Goalies Head Overseas
A pair of GDI goalies have headed overseas to compete in Finland and Sweden.
Steph Douglas is competing with Team Manitoba in a Scandinavian hockey tour that starts in Stockholm, Sweden and will conclude in Helsinki, Finland.
Also overseas is Ryann Bannerman who is representing Team Canada (U-21) in the World Ringette Championships. The tournament is also taking place in Finland.
GDI would like to wish Steph and Ryann the best of luck as they represent Canada.

Brett is the Development Coordinator at GDI and is the current Goaltending Coach of the MBAAA Winnipeg Thrashers.
Brett provides 1v1 instruction at GDI, along with being apart of GDI Regional Development Camps and Clinics throughout the season. He provides a strong technical and psychological perspective on the position, helping each goaltender he instructs reach new heights.
