Byron Spriggs Winnipeg Blues GDI GoaltendingByron Spriggs helped the Winnipeg Blues get a 1-0 lead in the series against the Steinbach Pistons. From the Sher-Wood Division Adam Iwan and the Virden Oil Capitals are currently down 1-0 in their series against the Dauphin Kings. ___________________________________________________________________________ Evan Johnson Tyler Brown Winnipeg Wild MBAAA Championship GDI Goalies GoaltendingLongtime GDI Goalies Tyler Brown and Evan Johnson recently helped the Winnipeg Wild capture the MBAAA League Championship. Friday night the Wild stunned the Eastman Selects by taking the championship in Overtime by a 5-4 score. GDI Goaltenders were in both ends as Brown (Pictured on Left with goaltending partner Evan Johnson) stopped 26/30 and Mario Petit stopped 34/39. Both are 1997 born goalies and have trained with GDI for several years. GDI Goaltender Kristem Campbell held the Titans in there for this one as she played excellent throughout the whole tournament.
