The 2nd half of the season is here. From just having Christmas break you should now feel refreshed. A couple days off is a good thing. Before you head back on the ice use this time to balance your mind and review a couple areas of your game:   What has been your strong point of your game? 1. Mentally 2. Technically   What must you do to keep your focus in the second half of the season? 1. How has your routine been on game days? 2. What are some cues to keep you on track mentally?
