Piece By Piece…

As we go through the last week of July lets continue to look at building our game over the summer one piece at a time.
We are not on the ice 5 times a week consistently in practice and in games. 
The rhythm may not always be there so what we must look for is getting the strong points of our game back… using our hands freely, having a strong visual of the puck, reading situations and having ice awareness.

Continue to build your game for each hour that you are in training and you will see the results improve and most importantly your mindset of getting that rhythm back,
